AAO-HNS President-Elect Speaks At 2015 Otorhinolaryngology Frontiers

Sujana S. Chandrasekhar, MD, FACS, FAAO-HNS, president-elect of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS), was the guest speaker at 2015 Otorhinolaryngology Frontiers, which highlighted research endeavors and emerging technology in the diagnosis and management of common otolaryngologic clinical problems. More than 70 physicians and other healthcare professionals attended the event, which was held on June 27, 2015, at the Brown Foundation Institute of Molecular Medicine at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, and sponsored by the Department of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at UTHealth Medical School.

    Hello Dr. Hope you are well

    .. Im 20 years old . I have a noise in my ear and everybody can hear it when they put their ear in my ear .. It is not there 24 hours .. It is in just some position.. I also have recorded it in my phone.. When I turn my head to the left I hear it in my Right ear or when I press the left side of my neck .. It is in the same time with my pulse ..I have done MRi of head and neck and CT of my neck but nothing was found.. I have difficulty in breathing and also feeeling bad every day , but no ache .. Only can not breath freely and also heavy head or sometimes feel like my head gets blocked .. Please help me .. Give me advice .. What should I do ? Is there any need for celebral angiogram? I would be grateful to take an answer from you ..

      Hello – you need a complete ENT evaluation and you may need an angiogram.
